Modify DNS Failover checks limit of a sub user

When the authentication of API user is not correct, any API request will fail with the following status and statusDescription:

If the typed parameter for "failover-checks" is a negative number or it is missing, the following status will be returned:
{"status": "Failed","statusDescription": "The amount of the DNS Failover checks must be a positive number or 0, if you want to disable the feature for this user."}
